Pink Sand Cottage Rates

Year Round - $1250/week (5 to 7 nights)
Thanksgiving/Christmas & New Year's wks - $ 1500/week

Short term rental - $250 per night (3 night min)

Beginning 2009 Rates will increase some due to operating expense factors such as electric rates, etc. We will try and keep rates to the bare min for your vacation dollars but for this season we have raised our cottage rates slightly beginning Jan 2009 until future notice:

Daily Rate $1295.00 per week 5 to 7 nights per week (additional nights after 7 the rate per night is divided into the rate for the week.)

Christmas & New Years weeks $1595 per week (5 to 7 nights)

Off season daily rates ($275.00 pr night... Min 4 night stays)

Cottage is for one or two guests only. (all taxes and fees included in the rates)

Snorkeling equipment is supplied but can be rented in Governor's Harbour at the Dive House in the Plaza behind the first Carribean Bank

Please note that a $250 refundable damage deposit is required and will be returned to you at the end of your stay upon no damage to the home or furnishings. 50 percent deposit due upon booking with the balance due 60 day's prior to arriving.

Cancellation Policy:

Full Refund If Notice Given By 60 Days;
Half Refund If Notice Given By 30 Days;
None If Less Than 30 Days (unless property can be rented for the period booked)

No pets without prior approval.
