Pink Sand Cottage Rates

Daily rate $1295.00 per week - 5 to 7 nights per week

Christmas & New Year's weeks $1595 per week - a week is defined 5 to 7 nights

Off season daily rates - $250.00 pr night - minimum 4 night stay

2010 July - Aug & Sept Special: 15% off reg rate of $1295 (Saturday to Saturday bookings only)

2010 Otober Special: $ 995.00 (Saturday to Saturday bookings only)

Cottage is for one or two guests only

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Please note that a $250 refundable damage deposit is required and will be returned to you at the end of your stay upon no damage to the home or furnishings. 50 percent deposit due upon booking with the balance due 60 day's prior to arriving.

Cancellation Policy:

Full Refund If Notice Given By 60 Days;
Half Refund If Notice Given By 30 Days;
None If Less Than 30 Days (unless property can be rented for the period booked)

Small dogs allowed with prior approval only - additional fees and security deposit required
